Chicago Cubs third baseman/outfielder Kris Bryant has been diagnosed with a sprained left pinkie, according to the Chicago Tribune's Mark Gonzales.
Bryant jammed the finger into the third baseman's foot as he slid head first into third base during Wednesday's game. His X-rays came back negative so you could say that he's day-to-day for the time being.
Among all batters, Bryant ranks 44th in MLB with a 2.76 nERD on the year.
