The Washington Nationals have shown interest in Cincinnati Reds closer Raisel Iglesias, according to MLB Network's Jon Morosi.
It's well-known that the Nationals are in the market for a late-inning reliever. Their bullpen ranks 28th in the league in FIP to this point.
On the season, Iglesias is 15-for-16 in save opportunities and sports a 2.70 FIP in 39 2/3 innings. The 27-year-old is under contractual control through the 2021 season.
