Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Jeff Mathis is in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Chris Iannetta got the start on Tuesday and produced a two-run double in the sixth. However, Mathis has hit well lately, and is 4-for-11 over his last three starts. He will bat eighth against Adam Wainwright.
