Baltimore Orioles centerfielder Adam Jones left Thursday's game against the Kansas City Royals with an apparent injury.
Jones ran into the centerfield fence trying to track down a ball in the first inning. He remained in the game initially, but Paul Janish replaced him as a pinch-hitter in the third. The Orioles should pass along an update soon.
Jones sports a 1.41 nERD, which ranks 58th among hitters. His .347 wOBA puts him 25th among all outfielders.
