Houston Astros pitcher Dallas Keuchel (neck) plans to return to the rotation Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles.
Saturday is the first day Keuchel is eligible to return from the 10-day disabled list. The 29-year-old ace left-hander owns a 7-0 record with an excellent 1.84 ERA, 0.86 WHIP and 22.7 percent strikeout rate in 63 2/3 innings prior to suffering a pinched nerve in his neck.
numberFire's models project Keuchel to post a 3.44 ERA and 1.21 WHIP with 109 strikeouts over 151 2/3 remaining innings this season.
