Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa is not in the starting lineup Wednesday afternoon against the Miami Marlins.
It's nothing more than a routine day off for Correa, who went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two trips across home plate in Tuesday night's 12-2 demolition of Miami. The Astros will start Marwin Gonzalez at shortstop on Wednesday and hit him sixth in the order versus Marlins' right-hander Jose Urena.
For the season, Correa is hitting .294/.376/.469 with five home runs and 23 RBI's in 165 plate appearances.
