Chicago Cubs third baseman/outfielder Kris Bryant is out of the starting lineup on Tuesday night against the Milwaukee Brewers.
This looks like it's just a routine day of rest for Bryant. Tommy La Stella will start at third base and Jorge Soler will man left field on Tuesday. La Stella owns a .352 wOBA this season, while Soler's is .343.
Bryant is having a monster year, slashing .302/.398/.575 with 36 home runs and a .409 wOBA -- fourth-best -- in 608 plate appearances. We project him to hit five more taters and post a huge .909 OPS over the rest of the season.
