Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton (knee) is back in the starting lineup on Thursday afternoon against the Cleveland Indians.
Buxton was sidelined for a handful of games with a minor injury to his right knee, but he is starting in center and batting ninth on Thursday against Indians right-hander Mike Clevinger.
Buxton has struggled to a slash of .199/.254/.325 in 212 plate appearances this season, with one home run, nine stolen bases and a .251 wOBA. We project him to hit .208/.264/.327 with a .264 wOBA over the rest of the year.
