San Diego Padres outfielder Alex Dickerson (hip) is back in the starting lineup Tuesday versus the Milwaukee Brewers.
A right hip contusion kept Dickerson out all weekend and on Monday as well, but he's good-to-go now. He will man left field and hit fifth Tuesday night. Dickerson, 26 years-old, owns an .887 OPS with six homers, 17 RBI's and two steals in just 20 starts (90 plate appearances) this season in the big leagues.
Dickerson rarely walks -- he has just a 4.44 walk percentage -- but his .369 wOBA is rock solid. Our projections don't view him highly over the rest of the season, projecting a slash of .253/.294/.392 with a .300 wOBA.
