Boston Red Sox pitcher Brad Ziegler entered the game with a 1-0 lead in the ninth inning, and ended up blowing the save, losing 2-1 to the Los Angeles Angels.
Ziegler loaded the bases, and a throwing error by first baseman Hanley Ramirez allowed two runs to score and end the game.
Ziegler hasn't been overly impressive this season, with a 3.54 SIERA, 17.95 percent strikeout rate and 8.21 percent walk rate, while his 0.96 nERD ranks 233rd in the majors.
