The Colorado Rockies will have Charlie Blackmon sit out Sunday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Blackmon will move to the bench for the first time this season while Jake Cave joins the outfield and bats eighth.
Blackmon has had a solid start to the season, batting .273 with a .879 OPS through 12 plate appearances. The veteran has scored twice, knocked in 3 RBI, and has even stolen a base.
