Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (flu) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday night against the Washington Nationals.
A stomach virus is making its rounds throughout the big leagues and Seager is one of its current victims. Charlie Culberson -- and his poor .256 career wOBA -- will replace him at shortstop and hit eighth on Wednesday.
Seager is having an impressive season, slashing .301/.360/.528 with 17 home runs and a .374 wOBA in 406 plate appearances. Our models project him to hit .295/.364/.492 with 10 taters and a .363 wOBA over the rest of the season.
