San Francisco Giants outfielder Joc Pederson is sitting Monday in the team's game against the San Diego Padres.
Pederson is being replaced at designated hitter by Mitch Haniger versus Padres starter Blake Snell.
In 408 plate appearances this season, Pederson has a .243 batting average with a .785 OPS, 15 home runs, 58 runs and 51 RBI.
