Atlanta Braves third baseman Adonis Garcia hit a two-run home run in the eighth inning to break a tie and lead the Braves to a 4-2 win over the New York Mets on Thursday.
Garcia has been out of the lineup lately but he made his return on Thursday and did not disappoint, as his eighth inning homer ended up being the difference for the Braves. He has been very good for the Braves over the last 10 days when in the lineup, and he will look to continue his hot hitting against the Mets on Friday.
Garcia is slashing .258/.304/.346. with a .286 wOBA, 4 homers and 16 RBI's. Our models project him to post a .297 wOBA with six home runs and 23 RBI's remaining this season.
