Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler is not in the lineup for Friday's series opener against left-hander Yusei Kikuchi and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Willi Castro will cover right field while the left-handed hitting Kepler takes a seat. Kyle Farmer will replace Castro on second base and bat fifth.
