The Arizona Diamondbacks did not list Jose Herrera in their lineup for Monday's game against the Kansas City Royals.
Herrera will take a seat on Monday while Gabriel Moreno starts at catcher and bats seventh against the Royals.
Herrera is batting .227 with a .547 OPS through 25 plate appearances this season.
