Los Angeles dodgers left fielder Carl Crawford went 0-for-2 with a hit by pitch while making his fourth straight start Thursday against the Chicago Cubs.
Crawford hasn't done anything with the extra playing time, going 1-for-11 with a walk during the stretch. One imagines he's due to go back to riding the pine once Yasiel Puig returns to the outfield.
Crawford has an ugly .192/.238/.244 slash in 84 appearances at the plate this season, which would be a career-low across the board. He also has just six RBI's while coming up empty in both home runs and steals.
