Chicago White Sox reliever David Robertson notched his 11th save of the season Sunday as the White Sox beat the Kansas City Royals 3-2.
Robertson needed just eight pitches to retire three batters and preserve Chicago's one-run lead. He struck out Kendrys Morales for the final out.
Robertson has a tremendous 1.02 ERA, 0.79 WHIP and 30.77 strikeout percentage in 17 2/3 innings (16 appearances) this season for the American League Central-leading White Sox.
