Oakland Athletics utility-man Tony Kemp is not starting in Tuesday's lineup against the Los Angeles Angels.
Kemp will sit in Los Angeles after Seth Brown was moved to left field and Cristian Pache was positioned in center.
Per Baseball Savant on 416 batted balls this season, Kemp has accounted for a 1.7% barrel rate and a .268 expected weighted on-base average.
