St. Louis Cardinals infielder Brendan Donovan is not in the lineup Saturday in the team's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Donovan is being replaced at second base by Tommy Edman versus Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw.
In 431 plate appearances this season, Donovan has a .280 batting average with a .770 OPS, 5 home runs, 57 runs, 44 RBI and 2 stolen bases.
