St. Louis Cardinals infielder Tommy Edman is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the San Diego Padres.
Edman will start at shortstop on Tuesday and bat second versus right-hander Mike Clevinger and the Padres. Paul DeJong returns to the bench.
