St. Louis Cardinals infielder Tommy Edman is not in the lineup Saturday in the team's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Edman is being replaced at shortstop by Paul DeJong versus Pirates starter JT Brubaker.
In 561 plate appearances this season, Edman has a .267 batting average with a .737 OPS, 13 home runs, 87 runs, 54 RBI and 27 stolen bases.
