The St. Louis Cardinals did not include Dylan Carlson in their lineup for Sunday's game against the Chicago Cubs.
Carlson will sit out Sunday's game while Lars Nootbaar joins the lineup in right field and bats leadoff.
Carlson is batting .241 with a .704 OPS through 430 plate appearances this season, with 8 home runs, 48 runs, 39 RBI, and 5 stolen bases.
