Boston Red Sox infielder Enrique Hernandez has been placed on the COVID list and will not be available for Friday's game against the Cleveland Indians.
Hernandez has reportedly tested positive for COVID 19 and will be unavailable for Friday's clash with Cleveland. Christian Arroyo has been identified as a close contact and will also be unavailable. Hernandez will be replaced at shortstop by Xander Bogaerts, while Jonathan Arauz takes Arroyo's place at second base.
