The Los Angeles Dodgers did not include Mookie Betts in their lineup for Monday's game against the Miami Marlins.
Betts will take the afternoon off while Steven Souza starts in right field and bats sixth.
Betts is projected to make another 317 plate appearances this season, with 16 home runs, 55 runs, 44 RBI, 10 stolen bases, and a .279 batting average.
