Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez has been placed on the paternity list on Thursday.
Hernandez will miss time after Toronto's slugger left the team for personal reasons. Expect Lourdes Gurriel Jr. to see more time in the outfield while Hernandez is out.
Per Baseball Savant on 143 batted balls this season, Hernandez has produced a 14.7% barrel rate and a .295 expected average.
