San Diego Padres shortstop Ha-Seong Kim is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Chi Chi Gonzalez and the Colorado Rockies.
Kim will grab a seat as Fernando Tatis Jr. returns to action from the COVID-19 injured list.
Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, Gonzalez owns the second-lowest strikeout percentage (11.3) among every listed starter on Wednesday. The Padres' implied total (4.6 runs) is among the top-10 out of every team in the majors on Wednesday.
