Chicago Cubs third baseman / outfielder Kris Bryant is starting in Friday's lineup against the Detroit Tigers.
Bryant will patrol center field with Joc Pederson in left, Matt Duffy at third base, David Bote handling designated hitting duties, and Ildemaro Vargas sitting out.
