Minnesota Twins outfielder Jake Cave is not in the lineup Wednesday in the team's game against the Texas Rangers.
Cave is being replaced in left field by Kyle Garlick against Rangers starter Hyeon-Jong Yang.
In 84 plate appearances this season, Cave has a .160 batting average with a .494 OPS, 1 home run, 8 runs and 2 RBI.
