The Toronto Blue Jays did not list Lourdes Gurriel in their lineup for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Royals.
Gurriel will catch a breather after starting both games of yesterday's double header. Randal Grichuk will re-enter the lineup after sitting out the second game yesterday and bat fourth.
Gurriel has been having a very slow start to his 2021 season, with a .205 batting average and a .477 OPS in 48 plate appearances.
