Boston Red Sox catcher Kevin Plawecki is not in the lineup Saturday in the team's game against the Atlanta Braves.
Plawecki is being replaced behind the plate by Christian Vazquez against Braves starter Tucker Davidson.
In 84 plate appearances this season, Plawecki has a .342 batting average and an .849 OPS.
