Arizona Diamondbacks utility-man Ketel Marte was placed on the 10-day injured list on Wednesday.
Marte will miss at least ten days after experiencing left wrist inflammation. Expect Jon Jay to see more-bats while Marte is out.
In 162 at-bats this season, Marte is hitting .290 with 2 home runs and 14 RBI.
