The Cincinnati Reds did not list Jose Garcia in their starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Garcia will take a seat Sunday while Kyle Farmer starts at shortstop and bats eighth.
Garcia has struggled in his rookie season, with a .161 batting average over his 32 plate appearances so far.
