The Chicago Cubs did not list Jason Heyward as a starter for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Steven Souza will start in his place in right field. Heyward has had a slow start to the season with a mediocre 0.497 OPS thus far, but hopefully some rest will help him get back to his 2019 form.
Our models project Heyward to bat 0.263 over the rest of the season, with 6 home runs, 23 runs, 29 RBI, and 2 stolen bases.
