Tampa Bay Rays first baseman/designated hitter Nate Lowe is not starting in Monday's series finale against right-hander Jhoulys Chacin and the Boston Red Sox.
Lowe is available off the bench Monday while Ji-Man Choi starts on first base and Tommy Pham plays designated hitter.
