San Francisco Giants pitcher Johnny Cueto's (elbow) next rehab start will be for Triple-A Sacramento on Monday.
Cueto will make at least two rehab starts with Sacramento, putting him on track to return for the Giants' weekend series against the Los Angeles Dodgers on September 6-8. The 33-year-old right-hander hasn't pitched all season while recovering from Tommy John surgery.
Cueto posted a 3.23 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with 38 strikeouts and 13 walks over 53 innings (nine starts) in 2018.
