Colorado Rockies infielder Ryan McMahon is playing third base and hitting cleanup in Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus right-hander Mike Leake and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
McMahon is filling in for Nolan Arenado on the hot corner after playing second base out of the six-hole on Tuesday. He's only been in the cleanup spot one other time this season.
