Los Angeles Angels first baseman Albert Pujols is not starting versus the Texas Rangers in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader.
Pujols went 2-for-4 with a 3-run homer, 2 walks, and a stolen base on Monday in an extra-innings loss to the Rangers. Matt Thaiss is making the start on first base in Game 1 on Tuesday afternoon.
numberFire's models expect Pujols to record 4 homers, 16 RBI, and 13 runs scored over the rest of the season.
