Boston Red Sox infielder Brock Holt (hamstring) is not starting in Monday's series opener against right-hander Lucas Giolito and the Chicago White Sox.
Holt is considered day-to-day after tweaking his left hamstring while rounding third base during the second inning on Sunday. He's being replaced at third base by Rafael Devers on Monday.
Holt is hitting .310/.374/.402 with a homer and 15 RBI in 27 games this season.
