Boston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts is not in the lineup on Friday in the team's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Betts is being replaced in right field by J.D. Martinez against Orioles starter Luis Ortiz.
In 320 plate appearances this season, Betts has 11 home runs, 31 RBI, a .264 batting average and an .837 OPS.
