Los Angeles Angels pitcher Andrew Heaney (elbow) is starting in Friday's Cactus League game versus the Chicago White Sox.
Heaney was scratched from his previous outing due to inflammation in his left elbow, but the Angels didn't shut him down and he's now good to go again. The 27-year-old left-hander went 9-10 and spun a 4.15 ERA with 180 punchouts last season.
numberFire's models expect Heaney to record a 4.08 ERA and 1.22 WHIP with 164 strikeouts and 41 walks across 170 innings in 2019.
