Chicago Cubs third baseman/outfielder Kris Bryant (wrist) is back in the starting lineup versus the St. Louis Cardinals on Friday afternoon.
Bryant will replace Kyle Schwarber in left field and bat sixth versus Cardinals right-hander Adam Wainwright in Friday's series opener.
