Minnesota Twins rookie center fielder Jake Cave is out of Thursday's starting lineup against the Detroit Tigers.
Max Kepler will replace Cave in center field. He went 1-for-3 with a pair of walks and a pair of scores in Wednesday's start.
Cave is averaging 8.7 FanDuel points in 87 games this season, while slashing .265/.311/.466 with 12 home runs, 41 RBI, 49 runs scored, and 2 steals across his first 291 major-league plate appearances.
