FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Helper: Tuesday 9/25/18
It could be another fun night for the Rockies at Coors, as they take on a struggling Vince Velasquez. Who else can we look to on Tuesday's slate?

Following a fairly packed Monday slate, we up the ante to 14 games on Tuesday, and once again have a a wide selection to peruse for both pitching and hitting. A pair of flamethrowers stand out from the pack on the mound, while the Colorado Rockies lead a laundry list of favorites on offense. Note that while the Boston Red Sox are in a great spot at Fenway, the weather isn't looking promising.

Our daily helper is available every day to analyze FanDuel's main slate and help give you a starting point when you're building lineups. Be sure to also incorporate our great tools into your research process. Whether you're looking for daily projections, the latest starting lineups and weather, or batting and pitching heat maps to find the best matchups -- we've got you covered! And don't forget to take a listen to The Solo Shot podcast with Jim Sannes, who breaks down the MLB daily fantasy slate each day.

On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.

Pitchers to Target

High-Priced Pitchers

Max Scherzer ($12,400 on FanDuel): Excluding a pair of uncharacteristic duds, Max Scherzer has been doing his usual Mad Max routine of late, scoring at least 49 FanDuel points in six of the last eight games. He brings a 2.72 SIERA, 34.6% strikeout rate, and 6.1% walk rate in a home spot against the Miami Marlins, who have posted a mere 75 wRC+ and 23.3% strikeout rate since the All-Star break. Miami has a bottom barrel 2.65 implied total, and in spite of the hefty price tag, Scherzer is the clear-cut top pitching option of the night.
