FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Helper: Monday 9/24/18
David Dahl and the Colorado Rockies are back home at Coors Field and could put up some crooked numbers against Zach Eflin tonight. Who else should we consider on Monday's main slate?

We've entered the final week of the MLB regular season, and while we can always dabble in playoff slates, we only have a handful of true fantasy baseball main slates left in 2018. Lucky for us, Monday gets us off on the right foot, giving us plenty to choose from in both pitching and hitting across 12 games. Some familiar faces top tonight's plethora of hurlers, while the Colorado Rockies headline the offensive side at Coors Field, followed by the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Houston Astros, and Los Angeles Angels.

Our daily helper is available every day to analyze FanDuel's main slate and help give you a starting point when you're building lineups. Be sure to also incorporate our great tools into your research process. Whether you're looking for daily projections, the latest starting lineups and weather, or batting and pitching heat maps to find the best matchups -- we've got you covered! And don't forget to take a listen to The Solo Shot podcast with Jim Sannes, who breaks down the MLB daily fantasy slate each day.

On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.

Pitchers to Target

High-Priced Pitchers

Corey Kluber ($12,000 on FanDuel): Corey Kluber got back on track in a big way against the Chicago White Sox last week (58 FanDuel points), giving him 50-plus FanDuel points in three of his last four outings. He gets those same White Sox again tonight, and while facing the same team in back-to-back outings isn't generally a positive, the White Sox only have a 3.37 implied total, and we'll happily side with Kluber on this one. We've attacked Chicago all year long for their generosity in punchouts, and there's little reason to change course now, with the Pale Hose owning a league-worst 26.8% strikeout rate since the All-Star break. Kluber hasn't been able to match his stellar 2017 campaign, but his 3.26 SIERA, 25.9% strikeout rate, and 3.9% walk rate is still pretty darn good, and a 35.5% strikeout rate over his last four starts is an encouraging development.
