3 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 9/19/17
Mikie Mahtook and the Tigers may be out of a pennant race, but he's in a great spot tonight. Who else profiles as a solid sleeper play?

Tomas Telis, 1B, Miami Marlins

FanDuel Price: $2,000

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

The young bats are currently priced up at first base, and for good reason -- Cody Bellinger and Rhys Hoskins seem to be trying to play home run derby with each other, as they have combined for 8 jacks and 18 runs batted in over the last two weeks. Both should see heavy ownership tonight.

The switch-hitting Tomas Telis, who has lost some playing time with the return of Justin Bour, could be ignored.

Why You Should Use Him:

If Telis finds his way into the lineup, he makes for a great play against Seth Lugo of the New York Mets.

In Lugo's last seven outings, he has recorded only one quality start. Another plus for Telis: Lugo has struggled with left-handed bats this season, who have ripped him for a 36.1% hard-hit rate and 34.6% fly-ball rate.

When at home, Telis has knocked righties for a 34.2% hard-hit rate, and makes for an interesting site minimum play.
