The New York Yankees have a solid 4.69 implied team total, but it's not actually the easiest matchup against Jose Berrios.

Berrios has been up and down this season, as one might expect of a young pitcher, but he doesn't look like he's fading at all down the homestretch. Over his last five starts, he's put up a solid 3.99 SIERA, 25.8% strikeout rate, and 8.6% walk rate. While it's hard to see him spinning a gem against the Bronx Bombers, he's unlikely to throw a total clunker either.

Berrios has also posted strong numbers against righties all season, striking them out 24.0% of the time, while just allowing a 23.9% hard-hit rate.

We know Aaron Judge is always a threat to hit one out, but this certainly looks like a matchup where his 31.5% strikeout rate could get him into trouble. There are better guys to pay up for, such as Nelson Cruz and Khris Davis.
