4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 8/22/17
With a .364 wOBA against righties, Mitch Haniger is in a great spot against Lucas Sims. Which other low-cost players could put up big-time numbers on tonight's main slate?

Mitch Haniger, OF, Seattle Mariners

FanDuel Price: $2,500

Mitch Haniger has played three games since returning from the face injury that had him sidelined since late-July, and he's not having any trouble getting back into the swing of things, mashing a home run, scoring two runs and driving in five in those three games.

His work against right-handed pitching has been solid all season. In that split, he owns a .364 wOBA and .194 ISO on a 36.3% hard-hit rate, and that makes tonight's matchup with Atlanta Braves righty Lucas Sims a really appealing one.

Sims has only made four career major-league starts, but he has a weak 5.52 SIERA in the small sample, allowing a 33.8% hard-hit rate and posting a weak 8.0% swinging-strike rate.
