While Rich Hill's ($9,300) limited pitch counts are always a concern -- he's hit the 100 mark just once this year -- he'll be hard to pass up in cash games against the San Diego Padres, who have a mere 3.05 implied team total. Beyond him, Jimmy Nelson ($9,400) and Carlos Carrasco ($8,900) have nice upside for tournaments.
