Fantasy Baseball: 5 Pitchers to Stream for Week 19
Brent Suter's lack of top-end velocity shouldn't discourage streamers from adding the crafty Brewers' lefty for his two-start turn in Week 19.

Brent Suter, Milwaukee Brewers

Starts: August 7th at Minnesota Twins, August 12th vs. Cincinnati Reds
ESPN Ownership: 25 percent

Primo velocity is catnip for starter speculators, but Brent Suter's modest 86-miles-per-hour fastball shouldn't stop fantasy owners from wising up to the once-fringy Milwaukee Brewers' lefty, whose 50-plus innings of 3.04-ERA work is certified by a tidy 3.27 fielding independent pitching (FIP) and a slick 28.2% hard-contact rate.

Suter takes his deception-heavy arsenal to Minnesota this week to square off against a Twins team that has been cold as ice in the second half. The visiting Reds, meanwhile, have struggled to scratch together offense away from Great American Ballpark this month, and like the Twins, they figure to have trouble producing off of Suter's tricky fourseam.

Suter doesn't carry the strikeout upside of some of the other names on this list, but he might very well have the sturdiest ratio floor of the group.
